I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a professional member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP). I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Queen’s University, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding human behaviour, mental health, and the importance of evidence-based therapeutic practice.
My therapeutic work is informed by the psychodynamic approach, a modality that emphasizes the role of unconscious processes, early life experiences, and relational patterns in shaping present-day thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. The psychodynamic framework allows us to not only address current challenges but also uncover underlying themes that may be influencing your wellbeing in ways that are not immediately visible.
In our work together, I strive to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner world with openness and curiosity. By bringing unconscious patterns into awareness, psychodynamic therapy offers the opportunity for deeper self-understanding, emotional growth, and meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate, recognizing that each client’s journey is unique. I integrate warmth and empathy with professional insight, supporting clients in navigating life’s challenges while fostering resilience, healthier relationships, and an increased sense of inner peace.
